Baseball Park, LLC is a full service Base Ball Camp.

This was a fun 38,500 square foot project. It included an 18,000 square foot baseball training center at 10,000 square foot aerobics training center and a 8500 square foot cheerleader training center. The max ceiling height inside was 30 feet high. The project included the shell of the building, parking lots and each of the tenants. An emphasis was put on making the design comfortable and natural feeling for all who entered, and to lower the cost of the energy required. ACT Architects placed false balconies with windows that looked like French doors to mimic many of the famous baseball parks in the USA. The project was such a success, that the tenants sold out their max capacity for the year within a month after opening day.
