This project, called Town Center Commons, stands out due to the unique way we integrated the ICF block with the steel building. By “dancing” the ICF block in and out of the steel structure, we created a visually appealing façade that meets city architectural guidelines while maintaining a modern, engaging look suitable for retail shopping centers.

Thanks to this innovative design, we were able to supply and install the ICF, as well as the PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Building), including erection, for a total cost of just $1.2 million. This approach made for a great start to the project.
